Do you like organizing fundraisers?  Perhaps you have some experience with parent councils, scouts, or sports leagues that do a lot of fundraisers?  Then we could use your help!  We are looking for someone to coordinate some fundraising events for Fairfields so we can raise money for some upcoming large expenses for the pool.

This position can be shared or split and is a great way to get your volunteer hours and credits!

What you would be doing:

• Help organize fundraising ideas already developed by the board (and add some of your own if you want!)

• Assist in selecting and planning a few key initiatives
• Coordinate execution with the social media and events teams, and event day volunteers

• Help keep timelines and tasks on track

What this might include:

• Supporting one to two fundraising events (depending on size)
• Helping run one raffle-style campaign
• Assisting with pool merchandise sales

Good fit if you:

• Like organizing projects or keeping things moving
• Enjoy collaboration, planning and coordination

Support provided:
Ideas and board guidance are already in place — you won’t be starting from scratch.

Estimated commitment:
Flexible; heavier during active campaigns. Attendance at at least one board meeting would be helpful.
